Scheduling, clocking and hours for your whole crew.

From the first shift on build to the last hours after break — one place where the schedule lives, where the crew clocks in, and where the hours are right.

A crew building an outdoor stage at sunset

Right now it runs on a spreadsheet, a clipboard and a group chat.

The schedule lives in a spreadsheet nobody dares touch any more. Two versions on, nobody remembers whose shift is whose.

At the entrance somebody stands with a clipboard. Who actually showed up at six in the morning only becomes clear once that paper comes back. If it comes back.

The hours come in a week after break, written down differently by every crew company, and then somebody has to retype them.

What it does

Scheduling and staffing

Set up your functions, plan shifts under each one per day, and see at a glance which lines are still open, which are partly filled and which are complete. Per crew company, per function, per day.

Clocking in and out

Crew clocks in on site, on their own phone or at a fixed point. The times land straight away where the hours get checked. Nobody has to retype anything.

Works without signal too

On site the network drops, and that is exactly when people are clocking in. The app keeps working and syncs as soon as there is a connection again.

See who is where

Your bars and posts on the site map, with who is actually there right now. Useful the moment somebody is missing somewhere and you need to know where you can pull someone from.

Checking and exporting hours

Go through the clocked hours, correct what needs correcting, and export to CSV or Excel for payroll.

Crew companies, permissions and audit log

Each crew company sees its own people and nobody else's. Who can do what is set per role. And everything that changes is in the audit log with name and time.

How it works

  1. Create the project and functions

Set up the event with the functions you need: bar, entry, build and break, security.

  2. Schedule crew

Plan shifts under each function and fill them with your own people or with crew from your crew companies.

  3. Clock in, hours out

Crew clocks in and out, you check and export the hours.

In the browser, on the desktop, and as an app on Android and iOS.
